The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions and all related 8k825 platform policies:

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 8k825. By accessing the 8k825 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the following additional policies, all of which are incorporated herein by reference:

8k825 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Each promotion may specify a minimum qualifying deposit amount in Philippine Peso.

In all cases, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All game outcomes on 8k825 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer.
• Wagers placed are final once confirmed by the system. 8k825 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a technical error on the part of 8k825 is verified.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one 8k825 account.
• Underage gambling: Accessing 8k825 while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any 8k825 game or betting market.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions on the 8k825 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k825 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 8k825 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical errors not caused by wilful misconduct on the part of 8k825;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials;

• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the 8k825 platform that was subsequently found to contain an error, subject to 8k825's obligations to correct material errors promptly;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 8k825's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You may close your 8k825 account at any time by contacting the 8k825 support team. Before account closure is completed, any remaining real money balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

8k825 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected;
• A player's account is identified as a duplicate of an existing account;
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age;

Upon account termination for cause, 8k825 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to withhold the real money balance pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

8k825 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall limit PAGCOR's jurisdiction and authority over 8k825's operations and player complaints in the Philippines.
